How do I get support for my FXpansion VST Adapter?

As an FXpansion customer, am I entitled to future updates?
Yes. Please check the Cakewalk support pages or Cakewalk will email you about future updates.
How do I install the VST Adapter update?
First you must have a previous version of the VST-DX Adapter installed and know the location of those files. The installer will not automatically search for previous installations.
Download and install the update.
The Cakewalk VST Adapter must be run after it is installed. Previous settings from your older adapter are not migrated into the new adapter, but instead will be saved with your old adapter. DXi hosts will continue to use the older VST-DX Adapter until the Cakewalk VST Adapter wizard has been run and installed VSTi's have been reregistered
Please note this installer does not uninstall older VST-DX adapters.
