Digidesign Audio Interface setup for Cakewalk software
Download and install the latest ASIO drivers from Digidesign’s website. In your Cakewalk program, click Options | Audio | Advanced. Switch the driver mode to ASIO. Click OK and restart the program. On the Drivers tab: Make sure your Digidesign interface is selected under both inputs and outputs. If it appears grayed out, deselect all drivers first then select your Digidesign interface. If changes are made, click OK and restart the program. On the general tab: Make sure one of your Digidesign interface drivers is selected as Playback Timing master. Click OK. Restart the program if prompted. Finally, all audio playback will occur from the Digidesign device itself. Make sure you hook speakers or headphones hooked to its outputs.
