The Fantom VS currently has a few compatibility issues while running under SONAR X64. Until these are addressed, we recommend that you use the Fantom VS in the 32 bit version of SONAR on the Vista X64 operating system.

Installing both the 32 and 64 bit versions of SONAR on the same operating system will not create any adverse problems.
