• Roland SI-24 Control Surface Plug-in for SONAR 3

    The information in this article applies to:

    • SONAR 3 Producer Edition
    • SONAR 3 Studio Edition
    The Roland SI-24 Control Surface Plug-in for SONAR 3 allows you to use the Roland SI-24 to control Cakewalk SONAR 3. You can control most tracking procedures (recording, playback, automation, effects) with the Roland SI-24. You can select and edit the data by triggering any of SONAR 3's menu commands from the SI-24. You can also control SONAR 3 from the Roland SI-24 while SONAR 3 is minimized and you are configuring some other program, such as a soft synth or sampler program.

    The following changes have been made since the Roland SI-24 Control Surface Plug-in for SONAR 2:

    Supports "Universal Bus Architecture" of SONAR 3
    .In SI-24's AUX mode, you can control SONAR 3's unlimited buses instead of SONAR 2's aux buses.
    .In SI-24's MAIN mode, you can control SONAR 3's main(s) instead of SONAR 2's virtual main buses.
    .The SI-24's MASTER Fader also controls the SONAR 3's main assigned by the property page.

    Supports Built-in EQ of SONAR 3 Producer Edition
    .In SI-24's EQ/SEND mode, you can control the SONAR 3 Producer Edition built-in EQ

    In order to access this free download you must be a registered SONAR 3 Producer or SONAR 3 Studio customer. If you have not registered your product you can register online now. Registered SONAR 2 customers may qualify for a special upgrade price for SONAR 3.

    Note: This control surface plug-in requires SONAR 3.1 or higher.
