Inserting Studio instuments into Cubase

The information in this article applies to:

• SI-Bass Guitar
• SI-Drum Kit
• SI-Electric Piano
• SI-String Section

Below are instructions for inserting Studio Instruments into Steinberg Cubase. Consult the host application's documentation for additional details.

1. Go to Devices|VST Instruments

2. Left-click on the next available field that says "no instrument" and select the instrument from the list.

3. Create a new MIDI Track by going to Project|Add Track|MIDI.

4. Using the "Inspector", set the new MIDI Track's output to our instrument.
